By accessing or using Automly ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Automly provides AI-powered automation blueprint generation for Make.com (formerly Integromat). The Service generates JSON blueprints based on user descriptions and provides guidance for setting up automations.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
• Use automated systems to abuse the Service

5. Intellectual Property

Blueprints generated through the Service are provided for your use. Automly retains all rights to the underlying technology, algorithms, and platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Automly is not responsible for any errors in generated blueprints or any damages resulting from their use. You are responsible for testing and validating all automations before deploying them.

7. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
